Ollie is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Performance Psychology at King's College London. His research focuses on understanding and enhancing learning and performance in domains including sport, dance, education, and the military. Ollie has experience in delivering contract research and consultancy in a variety of performance settings. His work has featured in numerous media outlets, including various appearances on TV and Radio.
Wai is a PhD student working with Ollie, Dr Claire Heard and Dr Tim Rakow to investigate how various levels and types of visual functionality (e.g., acuity, contrast, visual field, light perception, ocular motility) could influence the perception and understanding of health-related statistical information visualisation, as well as the subsequent decision-making behaviour in medical settings.
Subsequently, he aims to develop alternative interventions that improve comprehension of complex statistical information to facilitate better health-related decision-making.
James is an Associate Lecturer in Sport Psychology at the University of Chichester and holds a UEFA C License in Football Coaching. James is currently conducting his PhD with Chris Pocock, Naoimi Datson (Chichester) and Ollie investigating visual exploratory activity in women’s soccer.
Dave is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching at the University of Chichester and martial arts coach (Sifu in Wing Chun). Dave is conducting his PhD with Ollie and colleagues at the Chichester investigating challenge, autonomy and motivation in motor learning.
